Who runs the event?

You choose the host. The kit includes the questions, answers, handouts and hosting guide; it does not supply an event facilitator. Give your host time to prepare and test the equipment.

Can we personalize the hosting files?

The quiz is supplied in Word and PowerPoint as well as PDF. Add your own host notes and event introductions, and review your edits before the event.

Is this a physical kit or a hosted service?

The quiz kits are digital downloads. You prepare the files and supply your own host, venue, equipment and printed copies. QuizRunners does not send a physical box or an event host.

What equipment will we need?

Use a computer and compatible software for your PDF, Word or PowerPoint files, Excel for the scoring workbook, and a way to print handouts. You need sound for the audio round; a screen is useful for presenting slides. Equipment and software are not included.

How does the scoring work?

Your host marks the answers and enters each team’s round scores in the included Excel workbook. The workbook adds the totals and ranks teams. Guests play using the supplied handouts.

How is weekly delivery different from a single kit?

A single kit is a one-time purchase of your chosen quiz. The weekly service includes a first full quiz immediately, then new quizzes by email every Monday. Its seven-day trial is followed by $79 monthly billing. Review the current product terms before subscribing.
